    A small gem in Spanish Harlem. Everything here is flavored to perfection. The sit down service is amazing, however, the take out not so much the staff will ignore you and just leave you waiting to just put an order through. Take out service is very New York deli style. If you know what I mean.

    El Nuevo Carribeño is a great part of East Harlem, food is great, well priced, and served in huge platters. Service is always prompt and pleasant. Best lunch specials around. My family is great friends with the owner, we’ve been coming by since we’ve moved into El Barrio.

    Our eggs were fryed and burned. The beans need other ingredients added to the taste. You need "AIDA Sofrito."
